The X-Clerk™ exception management system allows OCR mis-reads, and other operational exceptions to be captured, classified, routed and visually resolved in near real time from a centralized or remote location.
Modern OCR & process automation systems deliver high accuracy rates approaching 100% however when damaged containers, unplanned events and operational exceptions occur X-Clerk™ allows 100% of these errors to be reviewed and resolved quickly without deploying personnel to take action. X-Clerk™ has enterprise scalability to manage multiple systems or even multiple locations.
